Global Well-Being Academy provides leadership training for those who plan to fill a core role in an Arcology of Well-Being. This crucial training will ensure that each person is equipped to foster well-being in themselves and others. This is why we say we build arcologies "from the inside out." We are referring to what goes on inside of the arcology as well as the inside of our hearts and minds.
Join the Sales Team helps each member of GlobalWell-Being.org be successful in today’s competitive economy. Every project our members embark upon will always need a sales team to get it off the ground, whether it is an event, a book, a product, or a service.
Earn $20 commission today by helping someone become a member of the Global Well-Being Academy. The Sales Team earns commissions by inviting potential members to join the academy. When they enroll through you for $30, you earn $20 monthly commission for as long as they stay enrolled. Over the months, this can stack one upon the next to form a significant monthly income from home.
7 Levels of Progress
To accomplish our objectives, we established a “leveling up” system
with seven phases of progress. Members will walk through the
following phases at their own pace:
Level 1: TAKE THE GLOBAL WELL-BEING SURVEY
The survey is a declaration to support the Arc 7 System of Self-Governance in a way that ensures that everyone involved can reach for their greatest level of well-being.
Level 2: JOIN THE GLOBAL WELL-BEING THINK TANK
The Global Well-Being Think Tank is made up of conscious creators who plan, design, and build Arcologies of Well-Being from the inside out and the bottom up, never the top down. Conscious males are welcome to join who have a curiosity to go somewhere no man has gone before.
Level 3: JOIN THE GLOBAL WELL-BEING ACADEMY
The Well-Being Survey is offered first to find a baseline assessment of your well-being on seven levels. We have high expectations that every member will see improvements on all seven levels of well-being as they learn the details of the Arc 7 Socio-Economic Self-Governance System. A Well-Being Consultant will teach you how to foster well-being in yourself and others.
Level 4: JOIN A TEAM
We begin to shape and implement our life purpose by considering all the roles that we might play in the various projects that come through the think tank. Think tank roles can grow into Local Hub Roles, Team Roles, Arcology Roles, or Global Roles.
Level 5: FORM A LOCAL HUB
When you have 14 members of GlobalWell-Being.org who live driving distance from you, you can form a “hub.”
A hub functions as a think tank that meets in a local home or public place. This hub will build connection between
members in the local area in a way that brings immediate benefits to everyone involved.
Level 6: ORGANIZE A PROJECT
Each hub member can organize a project that will bring in new hub members increase enrollment while also supporting the well-being of existing members on one or more levels. Examples of projects can be found on page 15. Projects will be managed using Glass Frog self-governance software and other online management tools.
Level 7: PLAN A LOCAL ARCOLOGY of WELL-BEING
Hub members can begin to plan, design and build Arcologies of Well-Being together; a housing co-op that brings all of the projects from level 6 into one socio-economic, self-governing system that we call “Arc 7.” An arcology is where members of the local hub can live, work, and raise a family in a conscious environment that is self-contained and self-sustaining. We believe that each individual will achieve more and will work in cooperation to a greater extent because “worker well-being” has been considered the ultimate goal of our workplaces. This, more than anything else, is what will set us apart from any other workplace.
